Where are your home textile products made?

That depends on the product. Each product’s origin is mentioned on the packaging. In general, our home products are made in textile powerhouses including Turkey, Turkmenistan, Pakistan and China. 


What kind of fabric do you use?

That depends on the product. Fabric and quality information is available under product description and on the packaging. Generally, our textile products are made from cotton, blended cotton or microfiber. 


Why is the colour of the textile product I received slightly different from the one shown on the website?

Colour and shade of the products displayed on your mobile device or PC may be impacted by your screen settings, display calibration or ambient lighting.


When will out-of-stock products become available for sale again?

Generally, we expect out-of-stock inventory to be replenished within 2 to 6 weeks.


When will you have new colours and patterns?

We review and update our product range periodically and make changes based on demand and customer preferences from time to time. There is no set timeframe for introducing new products or variations.


Do you use non-pilling fabric?

Loose fibres in most fabrics have a natural tendency to move out to the surface. Due to friction from usage, the loose fibres get twisted into small balls often referred to as pills. The extent of pilling depends on usage and the type of fibre used in the fabric. While some pilling is expected to occur with regular use of our products, it can be reduced by taking proper care, especially during washing. Please see product label for washing instructions.


How much will I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is calculated at check-out. We offer free shipping on some products for orders above certain thresholds. 


What types of payment do you accept?

We offer secure online payment options such as Visa, Master Card and American Express. For your convenience we also accept payments through PayPal. You will see all options on the check-out page. 


Who fulfills my order?

Orders are fulfilled by third-party logistics (3PL) service providers or other eCommerce channels.


Why did my order get redirected to Amazon?

Some of our products are stored with and fulfilled by Amazon. For efficiency and cost-effectiveness, we redirect your order to Amazon.


How soon will I receive my order?

In-stock products are shipped within 3-7 days of receiving the order. We will provide you with a shipment details so you can track your order.


Will I pay for shipping when I return an item?

Yes, you will have to pay for shipping if you return an item. 


When will my refund be processed?

We process all returns and refunds within 7-15 business days after the product has been delivered back to us. 


Do you charge a restocking fee?

We do not charge restocking fee. 

 

Can I buy your products in bulk for resale?

Please contact us and let us know which products interest you and in what quantities. If we do not have sufficient stock in Canada, we can deliver qualifying orders in 3 to 4 months. There is no minimum order size for wholesale, but volume discount is based on the quantity ordered. There are no pre-determined volume discount thresholds which we could share with you outright as the discounts depend on many factors and are determined on a case-by-case basis.


Can you sell products in bulk on credit?

We can sell products on open terms to well-established, credit-worthy corporate customers. We require the customer’s audited or reviewed financial statements with notes for the last three fiscal years to assess creditworthiness. We may share that information with our partnering financial institutions or insurance companies. Providing required information does not guarantee that we will extend credit. We do not offer sales on credit to individuals, sole-proprietorships, non-corporate entities or non-profit organizations.
